Galerie Zygos

Born in 1962 in Tascend of the former Soviet Union of Greek parents, Giannis Kadras studied at the School of Fine Arts (1979-1983) and at the Superior School of Fine Arts (1985-1990) of his native city. In 1993 he repatriated to Greece, where he lives and works ever since.

He has exhibited his work at Galerie Zygos of Athens, in 2007, the William James Gallery in 2006,Tzimas Gallery, Athens in 2004,  Galerie Reinold Ketelbuters, Brussels, 2001 and 1999, Galerie Medulio, Tui, Spain, 2001, Galerie Visol, Urens, Spain, 2001, Korakas Gallery, Athens, 2000, Galerie Obradoiro de Artes, Urens, Spain, 1998, Cultural Center of the City of Athens, 1997, and Cultural Center of Halandri, 1995, while he has participated in many group exhibitions, among which “Face to Face, Constantinople-Athens” in 1997 and “Face to Face, Athens-Constantinople”, 1998, the Cultural Centre Melina Merkouri in 1999 and 2001, as well as at the Monohoro Gallery in 1977, Galerie Obradoiro de Artes, Urens,Spain, 1999 and1997, Galerie Alameda, Vigo, Spain, 1998 and 1999, and others.
